I was delighted to be interviewed on the Food for the Future podcast with home economist, Peggy O'Neil. Peggy's hope-inspiring show shares stories from farmers, agri-food experts, and families, to address food waste, city farming, and cooking at home.



In our interview I share what I discovered in my research for my book, Forgotten Skills, and why, in today’s busy world, many people have returned to cooking from scratch, be it baking bread or making salad dressing.
